Video: Groundbreaking at Lilydale Senior Living

Site preparations for are well underway, but after the issuance of a building permit last week, developers and agreed it was time for a more official groundbreaking.

Those involved with the project gathered Monday, Nov. 14 to work the ground a bit and survey the progress made.

When finished, the senior living building will provide 120 units. A luxury apartment building is planned for the northeast portion of the site, but will not be built until the market improves and the first project is complete.
