MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Two children were shot dead outside a home in Minneapolis on Sunday, The Star Tribune reported.
According to the report, shots were heard shortly after 10 a.m. outside a home in the 2700 block of Oakland Avenue S.
Police are reportedly trying to negotiate with the suspect.
