5 Injured In Minneapolis Dinkytown Shooting: Report

The shooting happened only a block away from where 17-year-old Aries Trayvon Hubbard was killed in March, according to reports.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Five people were injured Friday night during a shooting in Minneapolis' Dinkytown neighborhood, according to a report.

Police were called to the 400 block of 14th Avenue Southeast around 11:50 p.m., Fox 9 reported. When they arrived, they discovered five people had been shot. Their injuries were considered non-life-threatening, according to Fox.

No arrests have been made.

Friday's shooting follows a similar incident in March that took the life of 17-year-old Aries Trayvon Hubbard, who died after he was shot in the stomach.

One other person was also injured in the March shooting, which happened only a block away from Friday's incident, according to KSTP.
