Metro Transit Bets Big On Minnesota Vikings
"We need all of you to cheer on the @Vikings this afternoon as they take on the @Saints, because we've made a bet with @NewOrleansRTA!"

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Everything is on the line for the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. Yes, it's a loser-goes-home game when the team takes on quarterback Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. But you probably already knew that. But perhaps more importantly, Metro Transit bet big on the home team.
Metro Transit took to Twitter to offer the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority a wager: If the Vikings win, the New Orleans transit agency must change its cover photos on Facebook and Twitter to images of Metro Transit vehicles. If the Saints win, Metro Transit must do the same, but with New Orleans RTA vehicles.
On Wednesday, the wager was accepted. Now both agencies are asking fans to show their support.

Interestingly, at least one Metro Transit driver appeared to have gone rogue, changing the bus's sign to read "GO SAINTS."

Metro Transit later confirmed a Twitter user's theory that the driver was simply using a message intended to support the Saint Paul Saints, a member of the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball.
