Minneapolis Police Asks For Public’s Help In Locating Missing Vulnerable Adult
Ms. Skinner was last seen around 3:00 pm on Wednesday, March 10th, in the area of the 1000 block of 6th Street SE.

March 11, 2021 (MINNEAPOLIS) – The Minneapolis Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing vulnerable adult woman. Kiana Nicole Skinner is a 34-year-old light complexed black woman who is described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 155 pounds with black/dark brown hair usually worn in a bun and brown eyes. Ms. Skinner was wearing a black jacket, Ugg-style boots and a bright pink bandana at the time she was last seen. Ms. Skinner also has a visible text tattoo on the right side of her neck.

Ms. Skinner was last seen around 3:00 pm on Wednesday, March 10th, in the area of the 1000 block of 6th Street SE.
