MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory for the Twin Cities through noon Thursday. A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile.
Authorities say motorists should slow down, use headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
Clouds will remain in place through the weekend. Areas of fog and drizzle are expected, along with light rain and a small chance that some snow will mix in with the rain.
