Pre-leasing kicks off at City Club Apartments CBD Minneapolis
With construction ahead of schedule, City Club Apartments has activated its waiting list and is processing pre-leases beginning today.
City Club Apartments announced today that it has begun the pre-leasing process for its 17-story, urban apartment and penthouse community in downtown Minneapolis. City Club Apartments Chairman and CEO Jonathan Holtzman made the announcement.

City Club Apartments has preserved the adjacent 1907 Handicraft Building and has historically converted the connecting historic Guild Assembly Hall to a 4,500-square-foot two-story restaurant/bar. “We are celebrating the building’s great history while adding our own twist,” said Holtzman. “It’s stunning with its 100-year-old wood trusses, soaring 30-foot ceilings and European inspired green corridor and patio connecting the building to the city streets. The restaurant and outdoor space will host music, performances and other events. The patio will be animated all year with a fire pit, bocce court and curling rinks.
Construction on the building began in September 2017. Completion is targeted for Summer 2019.
