20 Wayzata Students Named National Merit Semi-Finalists
20 students from the class of 2015 have been named finalists in the program.

From Wayzata High School:
Twenty students from Wayzata High School’s class of 2015 have been named National Merit Scholarship Semi-finalists. This year’s semi-finalists are Michael Ansusinha, Kaylyn Billmeyer, Alan Chiang, Jakob Cornell, Jason Dong, Katherine Gehling, Nicholas Lawrence, Henry Lee, Sruti Paladugu, Shravankumar Panneerselvam, Changyeon Park, Neha Potlapalli, Michelle Qia, Bella Roussanov, Luke Soucy, Orien Zeng, Mason Zhang, Thomas Zhang, Leighton Zhao and Jenica Zhong.
Students qualify for the National Merit Scholarship program by taking the preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. These students will continue in the National Merit program and will be candidates to receive a scholarship from the program. The scholarships will be announced next spring.
