Sustainability commission

This new commission will further the city’s efforts to protect and preserve the environment by reviewing and providing input on sustainability issues, acting as a sustainability ambassador to the community and serving as a resource for existing city advisory groups. The commission will meet monthly or bi-monthly on a weekday evening at City Hall.

We’re seeking Minnetonka residents to serve on the commission and fill the following openings:

  • Five adult members
  • Two young adult members under 25 years old, one of which must attend Minnetonka, Hopkins or Wayzata High School
  • Two additional members from the park board and planning commission
