After family, Jim's two loves were scuba diving and travel. Most summer weekends found him on his boat, the "Ann E", muck diving in Lake Minnetonka.  Another favorite dive was Isle Royale in Lake Superior. Jim and Mary Ann spent the winters traveling the U.S. in their pick-up camper sight-seeing and visiting friends and family.
