City Of Minnetonka Cancels Night To Unite Involvement

Night to Unite is an evening for neighbors to gather, get to know one another and promote community safety.

Due to COVID-19, the city will not have an official involvement in Night to Unite this year. We look forward to resuming our participation and visits in 2021.

Typically held the first Tuesday in August, Night to Unite was postponed to Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2020 due to the pandemic. Night to Unite is an evening for neighbors to gather, get to know one another and promote community safety.

If you choose to celebrate Night to Unite in 2020, we encourage you to plan a safe and socially-distant event.

ICA Food Shelf donations

If you're planning a safe and socially-distant gathering in 2020, please consider collecting food and cash donations for ICA Food Shelf to help members of our community impacted by COVID-19.

ICA has a list of its current needs online at icafoodshelf.org/current-needs. Cash donations are also accepted, and every dollar donated is worth two pounds.

Donations should be delivered directly to ICA (11588 K-Tel Drive) on Wednesday, Oct. 7. Do not bring donations to the police department or city hall.
