City Of Minnetonka Publishes Coronavirus Update
Bars and restaurants – Delivery, takeout and restricted outdoor dining available. Indoor dining remains closed.

An executive order by Governor Tim Walz will scale back restrictions for fitness centers, social gatherings and more beginning Friday, Dec. 18 at 11:59 p.m.

Here’s how the changes impact Minnetonka:
- Williston Fitness Center – Open with restrictions beginning Saturday, Dec. 19 at 6 a.m. Members received detailed information.
- City hall – Remains open to the public with very limited staff.
- If you must come in, please make a service appointment and follow health and safety regulations. The rest of our staff continues to work and offer services remotely. Call 952-939-8200 or contact our staff via phone or email.
- City hall will be closed for the holidays on Dec. 24-25 and Dec. 31-Jan. 1. Some staff will be working remotely Dec. 24 and 31.
- Bars and restaurants – Delivery, takeout and restricted outdoor dining available. Indoor dining remains closed.
- Social settings, events and entertainment – Two households (up to 10 people) may gather indoors. Three households (up to 15 people) may gather outdoors. Masks are encouraged and social distancing is required.
Please continue to follow the state’s ”Stay Safe” and “Dial Back” plans, wear masks, social distance, wash hands and stay home if you’re sick. Your actions matter, and will help protect yourself, your family and your fellow Minnetonka residents.
