Sales center now open for The Waters of Excelsior

EXCELSIOR, MN – Active seniors will soon have a new residential option in Excelsior.

The sales center is now open for The Waters of Excelsior. The grand opening took place on Oct. 25. The sales center is located at 332 3rd Street in Excelsior. The building site is located at 723 Water Street.

When the senior living community opens in Fall 2018, it will have 115 apartments available for rent, including 16 memory care suites. In addition to spacious and elegant living space, residents will be able to enjoy multiple onsite dining options including a restaurant, café and pub with outdoor dining. Consistent with its focus on resident well-being, The Waters will partner with the University of Minnesota’s Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing to bring an integrative health philosophy to the community.

The Waters of Excelsior will be the ninth senior living community developed by The Waters in Minnesota.
