MINNETONKA, MN — "Birdsong," the estate designed by Frank Lloyd Wright Jr. (son of Frank Lloyd Wright), will be demolished to make room for more than a dozen luxury homes. The home is privately located near the intersection of Interstate 494 and Interstate 394.
The 12-acre property is dotted with mature trees and ponds.
According to the Star Tribune, the 1966 home will be torn down so that 13 single-family luxury homes can be built on the property.
