Minnetonka's Solos Pizza Wants to Expand With Franchise Locations
The local business is now offering franchise and investment opportunities, according to PizzaMarketplace.com

The franchise business has a new kid on the block in Minnetonka. Owners of Solos Pizza Cafe recently announced that they would expand their business by offering investment and franchise opportunities.Â
According to a PizzaMarketplace.com article, Bruce Thomson and Brian Banick are the guys behind the Solos Pizza Cafe concept. Thomson has experience with growing companies from the ground up. He's started several companies including ProEx Photo and Archiver's scrapbooking superstores, according to the article.Â
Now, the duo is ready to move Solos past its three locations in Eagan, Plymouth and Maple Grove.Â
"We worked hard to make sure we thought of everything and have meticulously documented the Solos process breaking it down into easy to understand instructions and guidelines so there is no guesswork for the pizza franchisee in terms of operation," the article quoted Banick saying. "We just need the right people to make it happen."
According to the article, Solos Pizza Cafe first opened 2007 after 40 different dough recipes were tested.Â
