Cardboard Cutout Of MyPillow CEO Sparks Police Call
A neighbor called the cops after seeing a possibly deranged person standing outside in the cold, hugging a pillow.

JORDAN, MN — What turned out to be a cardboard cutout of MyPillow CEO and inventor Mike Lindell sparked a police welfare check in a southern Minnesota city. Jordan police said Thursday that officers were called to check on a man in a local neighborhood who was apparently standing motionless outside a home wearing no coat in the cold and hugging a pillow.
For those not familiar with Minnesota weather in February, a person found not wearing a coat while outside is a perfectly valid reason to call for help.
When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered the man in need of possible assistance was actually just a cardboard cutout of MyPillow CEO and inventor Mike Lindell.

"Those cardboard cutouts sure can look real from a distance and the caller certainly was not wanting to get too close thinking who is this deranged person standing outside in the cold hugging a pillow," police said on Facebook.
"Always better to call the police."
