Council Talks Parking, Approves 2013 NDDC Contract

• discussed and set the next step for a potential downtown parking expansion.
• agreed to continue the consulting service of the Northfield Downtown Development Corp. for $35,000 in 2013.
• held a reception for the outgoing mayor, Mary Rossing, and Councilors Betsey Buckheit and Ivan Imm.
