Energy Saving Workshop Brings Light To Reducing Energy Bill In Northfield

Residents are invited to join the City of Northfield and partners Growing Up Healthy, the Citizens Utility Board and the Center for Energy and Environment for a virtual Energy Saving Workshop on June 1 and 2 at 6 p.m. The June 1 workshop will be conducted in English and the June 2 workshop will be in Spanish.
Information will be useful for renters and homeowners in all housing types including multi-family, single family and manufactured housing.

"Summer brings some of the highest monthly electricity bills to many households due to air conditioning,” said Hannah Hoeger from Citizens Utility Board. “Attendees can expect to receive practical information about how to reduce their energy usage and save money on their energy bills. The workshop will also highlight recent changes to assistance programs that will help people struggling to pay their bills."
