Halloween Weekend Weather Forecast: Twin Cities
Temperatures will dip into the 40s Saturday, and some rain is in the forecast. Will it affect trick-or-treating Monday?

There will be no repeat of the 1991 Halloween blizzard in Minnesota this year. If there's any precepetation while kids are out trick-or-treating Monday, it'll come in the form of light rain.
Mild temperatures will continue through into early November as the average position of the jet stream stays to the north of the local area. The National Weather Service expects this to keep us in a westerly flow with only a few minor weather systems moving through.
Normal lows and highs for this time of year are lower 30s and lower to middle 50s, respectively.
