Powerful Gust Of Wind Topples Semi In Southern Minnesota
High winds as fast as 60 mph are causing power outages and damage across the state.
Nobody was injured this morning when a gust of wind toppled a semitrailer (seen in above image) on Highway 63 south of Spring Valley in Fillmore County.
Minnesota State Patrol dispatch received a complaint just before the incident from a concerned motorist who saw the strong winds blowing the trailer all over the roadway.
