See What Sold For $197,900 in Northfield

Northfield had an 11 percent increase in its median home sales prices in April compared with the same month a year earlier, according to data from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
Meanwhile, Northfield's  number of completed home sales in April fell from 28 a year ago to 18 this April. But new home listings for sale were up nearly 30 percent year-over-year.
