Tanker Hauling Liquid Crashes In Southern Minnesota

Crashes in southern Minnesota are piling up on state highways as motorists maneuver as much as a foot or more of snow in some places.

While this week's snowstorm seems to have missed the Twin Cities metro entirely, crashes in southern Minnesota are piling up on state highways as motorists maneuver as much as a foot or more of snow in some places.

Between 12 a.m. and 11 a.m. Thursday, the Minnesota State Patrol has reported at least 27 "property damage" crashes, 8 injury crashes, and 114 incidents involving vehicles slipping off the road.

Thankfully, nobody was injured this morning when a tanker hauling liquid whey crashed on Interstate 90 in Olmsted County (photos above).
