What Sold for $292,650 in Northfield-May 12 Report

The Twin Cities housing market continued on a roll in April with Northfield following suit.

Although the number of completed sales fell 35 percent in April compared with the same month a year ago, Northfield posted a median sales price of $172,500, an 11 percent year-over-year increase, according to data from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
