Annual Deal Hunters' Weekend at Local Premium Outlets

Each November, when deer hunters head to the woods, savvy shoppers make tracks for Simon's two Minneapolis/St. Paul-area Premium Outlets centers, Albertville Premium Outlets and Twin Cities Premium Outlets for their highly anticipated Deal Hunters' Weekend.

Slated for Saturday, Nov. 9, and Sunday, Nov. 10 this year, the weekend-long shopping extravaganza coincides with the start of the hunting season and attracts bargain hunters from across the state and beyond, ready to snag some of the best deals of the year. The weekend has become one of the most popular events of the year since its introduction to the market eight years ago.

During regular shopping hours each day, guests can visit the center's Guest Services to pick up a free Bargain Hunting Guide featuring special savings from participating stores, including Columbia, kate spade new york, The North Face, Old Navy Outlet and Tommy Hilfiger at Albertville Premium Outlets, and Coach, Eddie Bauer, kate spade new york, LOFT Outlet and Nike Factory Store at Twin Cities Premium Outlets, and others.

Deals and special programing will include extra in-store discounts beyond everyday savings, gift card drawings, gift giveaways, complimentary snacks and beverages, live music and more.

"Serious bargain hunters know that shopping is a sport," said Sarah Dorrian, the Premium Outlets' Director of Marketing. "Our goal is to make sure no one is left out of the hunt each November, with the weekend offering some of the year's best deals just before the onset of the busy holiday shopping season."
