Oak Street at Essex Street near the University of Minnesota will be closed beginning Tuesday, June 8 and is expected to remain closed until September. Oak Street will be closed at Essex Street near the University of Minnesota beginning Tuesday, June 8 and is expected to remain closed until September. The closure will affect Plymouth Metrolink Routes 774 and 795. Detour for the routes are as follows: Westbound – Continue on Huron Boulevard to University Avenue, left on University Avenue, left on Oak Street, pick up passengers at Oak Street and Washington Avenue, right on Washington Avenue and return to the regular route

Eastbound – Continue on Washington Avenue to Oak Street, left on Oak Street, drop off passengers at Oak Street and University Avenue.
