District 281 Needs Entries For Logo Contest

The Seven Dreams Education Foundation supporting the Robbinsdale School District is looking for a student-created logo to help their "Instruments 4 Kids" fundraising campaign.

According to a Robbinsdale School District press release:

Seven Dreams Education Foundation, which supports Robbinsdale Area Schools, is sponsoring a Logo Contest for their “Instruments 4 Kids”, a fundraising campaign to purchase new instruments for Robbinsdale Area Schools students, and the contest could earn a creative student some cool cash.

All Robbinsdale Area Schools students can submit a hand-drawn or computer-generated original piece of artwork incorporating the theme “Instruments 4 Kids”. The artwork can be black and white or in color, on an 8 and a half by 11 inch sheet of paper. Students are asked to print their name, address, phone number, grade and school on the back of the submission.

One $50 award will be presented to the winner during the Seven Dreams Annual Grants Celebration in May. The winner will be notified ahead of time and asked to accept during the grants celebration. All submissions become property of the Seven Dreams Education Foundation.

Students are asked to submit their artwork by Monday, March 5, to the , P.O. Box 41782, Plymouth, 55442. They can also drop off their submission at the Winnetka Learning Center, 7940 55th Ave. N. in New Hope, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
