Former Plymouth Metrolink Shuttle Riders Can Transfer To And From Fixed Metrolink Routes With Dial-A-Ride

All Metrolink fares will resume on Saturday, August 1.

As COVID-19 has impacted Plymouth Metrolink ridership and service, shuttle buses that previously connected with fixed routes will not operate at this time. Those who require transportation to and from Metrolink Park and Rides can utilize Dial-A-Ride at no extra cost to connect with fixed Metrolink routes.

Going from Dial-A-Ride to fixed route – When boarding Dial-A-Ride from home, pay the driver with cash or Dial-A-Ride punch card and request a paper transfer. That transfer can be used to board a fixed-route Metrolink bus from any Metrolink Park and Ride.

Going from fixed route to Dial-A-Ride – When boarding a fixed-route bus, pay and request a paper transfer. That transfer can be used to board a Dial-A-Ride bus to any location in Plymouth.

Go-To cards accepted for transfers to fixed route – Go-To cards are not accepted as payment on Metrolink Dial-A-Ride, but may be used for transfers. Riders can show their Go-To card to the Dial-A-Ride driver while boarding and state that they intend to transfer to a Metrolink fixed route. Riders can then use their Go-To card as payment when boarding a fixed-route Metrolink bus from Dial-A-Ride.

All Metrolink fares will resume on Saturday, Aug 1.

Dial-A-Ride Information
To order a Dial-A-Ride shuttle, download the free TransLoc app from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Dial-A-Ride can be booked as needed. On average, rides are available in less than 20 minutes, and the app updates riders on status in real time.

Rides are available 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Riders can also schedule Dial-A-Ride by calling 763-559-5057. More information is available at plymouthmn.gov/dial-a-ride.
