Motorist Gets Flashed By Three Unknown Individuals in Plymouth
Plymouth Police blotters report a "flashing" incident on the road, another incident of indecent exposure and more.

From Sept. 19-Oct. 2 the Plymouth Police Department reported 140 incidents, which included the following:
• One indecent exposure reported Sept. 22 in which the suspect exposed himself to the victim on the 2900 block of Empire Lane North. Formal complaint charges are pending.
• One obscenity reported Sept. 23 in which a motorist reported being “flashed” by three individuals on the 15200 block of 18th Avenue North. Police unable to locate suspects.

• One obstruction of the legal process reported Sept. 25 in which the suspects crashed a vehicle that had been stole in another city and fled on foot at the intersection of Rockford Road North and 494. The case is under investigation.
• Two terroristic threats, one incident reported Sept. 19 in which an unknown suspect called police dispatch and made terroristic threats on the 2700 block of Annapolis Circle North. Officers were unable to locate where the suspect called from. The case is under investigation. The other incident reported Sept. 23 involved a suspect who called and threatened staff at a location on the 9700 block of Rockford Road. The case is under investigation.
