To assist Plymouth restaurants opening for patio seating June 1, the Plymouth City Council has temporarily relaxed city requirements related to outdoor dining areas.

The change is aimed at helping local eateries and bars expand their outdoor dining spaces by extending their premises into places where safe opportunities exist.

Application: Download the temporary outdoor dining application and policy (PDF). Please print, provide necessary signatures, scan and send completed application and materials to planning@plymouthmn.gov.
