Plymouth seeks a collaborative leader to work in partnership with the city manager to provide leadership, vision and strategic direction in developing organizational policies, processes and systems.

This position supports the city manager by performing a leadership role with department directors and coordinating interdepartmental and high-profile projects and initiatives.

The deputy city manager oversees 25 full-time talented and professional staff members within five divisions of the Administrative Services Department – City Clerk, Communications, Finance, Information Technology and Transit. An important role will be to continue developing the department’s team of talented division managers while fostering a collaborative culture.
