Plymouth Police: Woman On Road, Man Flees Police

The recent Plymouth Police report includes a woman laying on the road and a man fleeing police.

From July 5-11 the Plymouth Police Department reported 66 incidents, which included the following:

• One obstruction of justice violation: at about 1:45 a.m. July 8 at the intersection of County Road 6 and Urbandale Lane North, officers responded to a report of a female laying on the roadway. The female was located and attempted to flee on foot and kicked and punched an officer. Formal complaint charges are pending.

• One fleeing a police officer: on July 9 there was a report of a suspect vehicle doing burnouts on the 400 block of Ranchview Lane. Officers arrived and located the suspect vehicle, which took off at a high rate of speed. After a few blocks the vehicle stopped and the suspect fled on foot. The suspect, a 30-year-old Plymouth man was later arrested for fleeing police.
