Salon specializes in no-fuss cuts for active guys. Open house this Saturday, March 9, at intersection of Hwy. 55 and Vicksburg Lane next to Lowe's.

ProCuts, a salon that specializes in no-fuss cuts geared to a guy’s active lifestyle, recently opened in the Shops at Plymouth Creek shopping center next to Lowes (at the intersection of Hwy 55 and Vicksburg Lane N).

The salon invites neighbors and community members to join them for a Grand Opening celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, March 9.

The new salon is the debut location of first-time franchisee and 15-year Plymouth resident Jason Link.

“I loved the ProCuts customer experience and when the opportunity arose to open a new location just down the road, I jumped at the chance. I have always wanted to open my own business and plan to use this as a way to give back to the community,” said Link, who is very active in the community and is a Plymouth/Wayzata coach of youth football, basketball and baseball.

ProCuts is celebrating its grand opening with $9 haircuts for all guests (regularly $15/$18) from now through Sunday, March 31. Everyone who stops by on Saturday, March 9, can join in the celebration with a free meal from 12 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and free giveaways all day.

The new ProCuts has a team of exceptional stylists who know how to cut guy’s hair. Adult haircuts, called ProCuts, are $18; Semi-Pro cuts, for those 18-years and younger, are $15. All haircuts include a shampoo, head and neck massage, and hot towel treatment. A little good grooming – like taming unruly eyebrows and random strays – comes with every cut.

The salon, located at 3235 Vicksburg Lane, Ste D in Plymouth, is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome or call (763) 383-5140 for call-ahead service. ProCuts accepts most major credit cards and cash.
