Snow and Late Season Temps Delay Opening of Plymouth Yard Waste Site
The yard waste site is available to Plymouth residents only—identification is required.

The opening of Plymouth's yard waste drop off site at 14900 23rd Avenue will be delayed until Wednesday, April 10, due to weather conditions. The site was scheduled to open a week earlier, but because snow and cold temperatures have lingered, it has been postponed.
When the site opens, yard waste will be accepted Wednesdays through Sundays. April hours are Wednesday to Friday, 3-6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours of operation will be extended starting in May. The site is closed on Mondays and Tuesday throughout the season.
The yard waste site is available to Plymouth residents only—identification is required. Residents may dispose of spring lawn rakings, leaves, vegetative garden waste and brush/tree waste. Materials that are not accepted include grass clippings, lumber, sod and soil.

If winter-like weather persists, the opening of the site could be delayed past April 10. To verify that the site is open before making a trip, residents can check back on the city website or call 763-509-5950.
