Statewide Mask Requirement Takes Effect From July 25 In Plymouth
The order also requires workers wear a face covering when working outdoors in situations where social distancing is not possible.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz issued a statewide executive order requiring face coverings in all indoor public spaces and businesses– unless you are alone. The order goes into effect Saturday, July 25.

The order also requires workers wear a face covering when working outdoors in situations where social distancing is not possible. Masks must cover the nose and mouth.
The order includes exemptions for some people with medical and other conditions, as well as children under age 5.

In addition to wearing a mask, the public is reminded to take other simple steps to slow the spread of the coronavirus – practice social distancing by staying 6 feet apart from other people, wash your hands and stay home when sick.
