What's Getting Stolen in Plymouth?

Plymouth Police blotters report many thefts including electronics, motor vehicles, copper wiring, bicycles and more.

From Sept. 19-Oct. 2 the Plymouth Police Department reported 140 incidents, which included the following:

• Three motor vehicle thefts

• Forty-five thefts, items stolen included: mail from a locked mailbox, vehicle keys, cash, iPods, wallets, cell phones, bracelet, bicycles, backpacks, chainsaw, iPhones, skateboard, Tow Dolly worth $3,000, padlock, debit card, jewelry, license plate, credit cards, iPad, catalytic converter, DVD player, tools and some change. Also reported were several shoplifting incidents, people not paying for gas and people not paying their restaurant bill or a “dine and dash.

• Seven thefts from a vehicle, items stolen included: end cap of vehicle’s running board, wallet and copper wiring.

• One tampering with a motor vehicle
