City Of Roseville: Paperless Building Permits And Licenses

In an effort to move to greater efficiency, Roseville’s Community Development Department has moved to online only applications for all building permits and licenses. The system has been in use for the past two years.

Roseville's ePermits system has proven to be beneficial for both the city and users. The online system means a quicker turnaround for issuing permits and licenses. In addition, plans can be attached to the application prior to submittal, and permits can be paid for and tracked online.

The ePermits website is available at www.cityofroseville.com/epermits. First time users are encouraged to visit www.cityofroseville.com/308/Building-Permits or call 651-792-7080 for additional information, including instructions on completing the online application. Users who do not have access to a computer can contact the Community Development Department for assistance.
