Residents, protect yourself from identity theft with a free solution from the City of Roseville. Roseville is working with Shred-N-Go to offer free document shredding for residents on Saturday, May 15 from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

To help protect against COVID-19, residents are asked to place documents in the trunk of their vehicle or in the bed of their truck. Crews will unload the paper into a secured cart. Documents will be shredded on site and recycled.

Residents are asked to stay in their vehicles and wear facemasks while talking with staff and when the documents are being unloaded.

AARP recommends shredding any document that includes

  • Social Security number
  • Birth date
  • Credit card numbers
  • Credit card offers
  • Credit card receipts
  • Bank statements
  • Deposit slips
  • Account numbers
  • Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  • Passwords
