Home sales in Roseville began 2013 on a promising note as the latest results show completed sales rose 76.9 percent in January year-over-year. 

In Roseville, there were 23 closed home sales transactions in January, up from 13  in January, 2012, according to data from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
