Lake McCarrons Beach Closed In Ramsey County

The swimming beach at Lake McCarrons County Park in Roseville is closed and unguarded as of June 2, 2021. Routine testing for E. coli revealed that levels are above the recommended water quality standards.

Bacteria levels are being tested regularly and an update on reopening will be announced once results are within state guidelines.

All other beaches operated by Ramsey County tested within safe limits and will remain open. Guests are encouraged to visit the nearby beaches at Lake Josephine County Park and Tony Schmidt Regional Park (Lake Johanna).
