Portland Avenue In Ramsey County Will Remain Closed From October 15 For Culvert Replacement

Portland Avenue in White Bear Lake will be closed to traffic in both directions between 3rd and 4th streets Thursday, Oct. 15 and Friday, Oct. 16 to replace a culvert. Initial work at the site will begin Tuesday, Oct. 13.

During the closure, a signed detour will be in place using Lake Avenue, Northwest Avenue and Buffalo Street.
