See What's Selling in Roseville-Oct. 10 Weekly Update

Plenty of homes are up for sale and  mortgage rates continue to remain low as we move deeper into October.  
In August, Roseville had 52 completed home sales, up 30 percent from the same period a year ago, according to the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors. (September  data should be available sometime this week.)

Among the current listings is the house at 904 County Road B2. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Total house living space: 1,788 square feet.
