Home prices in the Twin Cities have been on a steady climb over the lasrtyear and the Roseville housing market has been following that trend. . 

In March, Roseville had a median sales price of $176,250, up 5.5 percent from $167,000 for the same sales period a year ago, according to the latest data from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
