SAINT PAUL, MN — Nobody celebrates St. Patrick's Day and Irish heritage quite like Saint Paul. Saint Paul's 52nd annual St. Patrick's Day will begin at 12 p.m. on Saturday, March 17.
Bring lawn chairs or blankets to set along the parade route on 5th street or Rice Park. Remember to wear green.
