- Preliminary plat of NorCor Farm. Randy Kubes has applied for a preliminary plat of NorCor Farm, approximately 55.36 acres north of County Highway 16, west of Windermere Way and south of Highway 169. The applicant is proposing 86 single-family residential lots on 32.56 acres with a potential 22.8-acre outlot the city may purchase for future park/open space.
- Annexation and rezoning of property to Agricultural Preservation (AG) Zone. Travis Mjolsnes is requesting the annexation of 15.73 acres east of Emery Way, north of County Highway 78 and west of County Highway 69/Old Brick Yard Road. The property, located within Jackson Township, would be rezoned to the AG Zone. There are no specific plans for this property at this time.
- Annexation and rezoning of property to Urban Residential (R-1B) Zone. Garth and Catherine Kangas are requesting the annexation of 10.82 acres at 766 128th St. W., east of Marystown Road and north of County Highway 78. The property, located within Jackson Township, is anticipated to be developed into single-family homes.
- Annexation and rezoning of property to Urban Residential (R-1B) Zone. Donnay Homes is requesting the annexation of 18.979 acres at 920 128th St. W., east of Marystown Road and north of County Highway 78. The property, located within Jackson Township, is anticipated to be developed into single-family homes.
- Annexation and rezoning of property to Agricultural Preservation (AG) Zone. Brian Lynch is requesting the annexation of 22.57 acres north of 128th Street and Marine Drive and east of Highway 169. The property owner intends to develop the property for its business use but does not have specific plans at this time. The property is located within Jackson Township.
