Level 3 Predatory Offender Arrested In Shakopee

On Saturday, Feb. 13, Shakopee Police Officers arrested J. Patrick Michael Rowley (DOB 04/12/1988) on suspicion of violating terms of his release with the possession of pornographic images.

Rowley is a registered Level III predatory offender living in Shakopee and is under supervision of the Minnesota Department of Corrections.

Rowley was charged Feb. 16 in Scott County District Court with three felony counts of disseminating and possessing pornographic work as a registered predatory offender. He remains in custody in the Scott County Jail.
