Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will meet in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 485 Gorman St., Shakopee, on February 4, 2021, at 7 p.m. or thereafter to consider an application by Ledios Engineering, LLC and Shakopee Public Utilities to rezone property at 2022 Colburn Drive from B-1 Highway Business Zone to I-1 Light Industry Zone.

This rezoning is in relation to a separate request to be considered by the Board of Adjustment and Appeals that same evening to allow a Conditional Use Permit for an over-height electrical substation at the same location (2022 Colburn Drive) in the City of Shakopee.
