Event sponsors include Three Rivers Park District and Cleary Lake Regional Park, and the support of several other groups and organizations.

The eighth annual Dakotah! Sport and Fitness Lakefront Days Triathlon drew 244 athletes to Clearly Lake Regional Park in Prior Lake.
Shakopee resident, Brenna Zavadsky, 39, finished first in the women's amateur competition with a time of 1:14:26.Â
There were 214 athletes in the individual triathlon: 130 male and 84 female athletes, according to a news release from the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community, which owns Dakotah! Sport and Fitness.
This year's triathlon also featured a mixed relay team for the first time. Ten teams of three people participated. Each team member completed one leg of the competition.
The triathlon consisted of a 1/4-mile swim at Cleary Lake Beach, a 14 mile bicycle loop on county roads and a run of 3.3 miles through Cleary Lake Regional Park.
