Spring Load Restrictions Come Into Force From March 6
In keeping with past practice, weight restriction on local streets within the City of Shakopee will also begin at that time.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation announced spring load restrictions will be in effect on state highways in the metro, south and southeast frost zones beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, March 6. The spring load restrictions ending date is not known since restrictions are based on how weather affects roadway strength. An update will be posted on the city website when restrictions are lifted.
