MN Timberwolves Star Jimmy Butler Puts Chicago Home Up For Sale

Minnesota Timberwolves guard Jimmy Butler has listed one of his two recently purchased Chicago condos.

CHICAGO, IL – Minnesota Timberwolves All-Star Jimmy Butler is looking to unload one of his Chicago homes for $1,450,000. The ex-Chicago Bull is selling one of the two units he recently bought for more than $1 million each in a 41-unit River North building.

The Chicago Tribune reports Butler, who was traded to the Wolves in 2017, is keeping a first-floor unit in the same building that he purchased in February for $1.2 million.

Late last year Butler sold his six-bedroom, 10,000-square-foot mansion at 456 W. Huron St. for just over $4 million after originally listing it for $5 million in July, nearly two years after buying the house in Sept. 2015 for $4.5 million.
