Michele Bachmann Sells Her Twin Cities House For $945K: Photos

The former congresswoman and her husband have sold their home located just outside of Stillwater.

WEST LAKELAND, MN — Former United States Representative and ex-presidential candidate Michele Bachmann has sold her home located just outside of Stillwater. The four-bedroom, four bathroom house went for $945,000, according to Realtor.com.

"We are downsizing," Marcus Bachmann, Michele's husband, told the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Business Journal. The Bachmann family is in the market for another home in the metro. Marcus runs a counseling clinic with offices in Lake Elmo and Burnsville.

Built by JP Bush Homes, the house is situated on the 18th hole of StoneRidge Golf Club and offers views of the St. Croix Valley. Entertainment features include a large patio, a fire pit, a hot tub and even a dance floor.

Michele Bachmann represented Minnesota's sixth congressional district in the House of Representatives from 2007 to 2015. She ran for president in 2012, but dropped out during the Republican primaries.
